Heidrick & Struggles in collaboration with the Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, is conducting an annual survey of members belonging to corporate Boards of Directors.
This is a national survey designed to solicit direct knowledge from those currently serving on corporate boards. Our intention is to gather useful and meaningful data around several key issues, including (but not limited to) board dynamics, compensation, process and structure.
