Anne Dolan joined Walkers Management Services as a chartered secretary in 2010. Anne is a qualified lawyer and heads up the Company Secretarial and Global Regulatory Compliance team, which advises on corporate governance best practice and provides comprehensive company secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions. Anne is also responsible for the development and roll-out of the Client Portal.
