Bachelder has represented many prominent chief executive officers, other senior-level executives, boards of directors and compensation committees of United States corporations. He writes a regular column for the New York Law Journal on executive pay, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School.
