Dr. Patrick R. Dailey received a Ph. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. For 20 years he has held senior level human resources and administrative positions in recognized Fortune 100 firms undergoing significant change. Dailey has worked in the technology sector for Hewlett-Packard and Lucent Technologies; in consumer products for PepsiCo and Herbalife; chemicals and pharmaceuticals for U.K.-based The BOC Group; and consulting for Korn/Ferry International.
Dailey currently works with Chicago Change Partners, a Chicago-based consulting firm, whose practice serves domestic and international firms in helping leaders and teams create high performance organizations, build sustainable capability, and leadership pipelines.
Dailey serves on the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors-Atlanta Chapter. He also serves as a director for a private business.
