Roger Coffin is the associate director of the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and associate professor of the practice at the Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware. He is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York, where he counseled boards of directors on governance, risk and control matters. He was formerly an official with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington D.C., and a corporate attorney with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York.
