George L. Argyros joined the board of directors at Pacific Mercantile Bancorp. Argyros served as the United States Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain from November 2001 to November 2004.
Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers partner John Doerr is leaving Amazon’s board of directors. He will resign from his position this year.
Enterprise Financial added two new directors. John Eulich and John Tracy will join the board. Eulich is President and CEO of Indeeco and Tracy is CEO of Dot Foods.
Dr. David T. Feinberg, CEO and associate vice chancellor of the UCLA Hospital System, was appointed to the board of directors at OSI Systems.
Compuware elected Bob Paul to its board of directors. Paul currently serves as president and COO of the company.
Imation vice chairman and CEO, Frank Russomanno, will retire following the annual shareholder’s meeting on May 5. Mark Lucas, president and COO, will succeed Russomanno as president and CEO.
