Recent Board Appointments

Robert E. Allen, founder and managing director of Redding Consultants since 1982, combined with his over twenty years of consulting with McKinsey & Company has been appointed to Golfsmith International Holding’s board. Allen currently serves on the board of J. Roberts and Son, a U.K. manufacturer of luxury goods.

Roberto Tunioli, vice chairman and CEO of Europe’s Datalogic SpA, has been named to Monster Worldwide. Tunioloi leads the third largest producer of bar code readers, data collection mobile computers and RFID technology systems in the world. Under his leadership, the international company increased its sales from an estimated 35 million euro in 1993 to over 400 million euro in 2007.

TierOne has appointed Samuel P. Baird to its board. Baird, who was director of the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance from 1999 to 2004, has over 35 years of experience in banking, real estate, insurance, and law. Prior to being named by then governor Mike Johanns to head the Nebraska Department of Banking in 1999, Baird was CEO of F.S.B., a multi-bank holding company which owns banks in Superior, Nebraska and Mankato, Kansas. He also served as a director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

Robert P. Crouch, CFO of MPS Group, has joined the company’s board. Crouch currently serves on the board of Florida Bank of Jacksonville.

Rudolph Technologies announced the addition of Leo Berlinghieri to its board. Berlinghieri currently serves as a board member and CEO of MKS Instruments. Berlinghieri is expected to serve on the board’s compensation committee.

China Energy Recovery welcomed Fred Krupica, CFO of LegalZoom.com and Mengjiao Jiang, managing director of ARC Investment Partners in China. Krupica brings more than 30 years of experience at several high-growth corporations. Mengjiao is responsible for overseeing the Shanghai, China office as managing director of ARC Investment Partners.

eZCom Software announced that former TyCom COO and executive vice president Claire Calandra has joined its board. Calandra is the founder and principle at The CLC Group, a management consulting company specializing in strategy and corporate training.

Proofprint, a provider of unified email security, archiving, and data loss prevention solutions welcomed Dana Evan to its board. Evan spent 12 years as CFO of VeriSign, until her retirement in 2007.

Flotek Industries appointed James R. Massey to its board. Massey recently retired from ExxonMobil after 36 years experience in the oil industry, both domestically and internationally. He held a variety of senior leadership positions ranging from country manager to larger portfolios of multiple countries.

Quepasa Corporation, ownder of an online social community group for young Latinos, announced that Jim Ferris, the current senior global brand manager at Electronic Arts, to its board. Ferris previously served as product manager at EA Sports from 2003 to 2006.

DealerTracker Holdings appointed James D. Foy to its board. Foy brings his experience as CEO of privately-held Aspect Software and the two predecessor companies (Concerto Software and Davox Corporation) since 2001.

PRTM CEO Michael Aghajanian has joined CIMTEK’s board. Aghahanian brings 25 years of experience in leading companies up the performance curve for product development.

Zipcar welcomed former CEO of Euro Disney and Club Med, Philippe Bourguignon to its board. Zipcar hopes to utilize Bourguignon’s international business leadership experience and market savvy to assist in Zipcar’s growth. Bourguignon recently served as the co-CEO of the World Economic Forum and previously served as CEO of Club Mediterranee, the parent company of Club Med. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president of Disney Europe and also served as CEO of Euro Disney.

Medimetricks Pharmaceuticals welcomed Wolfgang Kunze it its board. Kunze will serve as the audit committee chairman and brings more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
