Gaetan Thomas has been named president and CEO of NB Power. Thomas has served as interim president of the company since January 2010.
CSIA has appointed Joe Bajek, Carrie Book and Bill Soards to its board. Bajek is director of information technology at University of Coloroado Hospital, Book is chief information officer for CORHIO and Soards is president of AT&T Colorado.
Trico Marine Services, a provider of subsea, trenching and marine support vessels and services, has appointed Richard Bachmann chairman of the board of directors and interim CEO of the company. Bachmann replaces Joseph Compofelice as the company’s president and CEO. Trico also announced the appointment of Rishi Varma as president. He is also COO of the company.
Robert Nicolay has been appointed CFO of Wescorp Energy, an oil and gas operations solution and engineering company. Nicolay has served on the Wescorp’s board since 2006.
Hunt Mining recently announced the appointment of Jacques Perron to its board. Perron is president and CEO of St. Andrew Goldfields, a Canadian based gold producer and mining company.
Fifth Third Bancorp has appointed William Isaac non-executive chairman of the board, effective immediately. Isaac served as the chairman of the FDIC during the financial crisis of the 1980s.
