Xerox Names Vice Presidents; Ford Announces CEO of Ford Europe

Xerox named Tom Maddison, Hervé Tessler and Kevin Warren as vice presidents. Ford announced that Stephen Odell will replace John Fleming. The SEC appointed Paula Dubberly as new deputy director. Thomas Bloch says he is leaving H&R Block’s board of directors.

Xerox Corporation’s board of directors elected Tom Maddison, Hervé Tessler and Kevin Warren as vice presidents of the corporation. Maddison is vice president of Human  Resources, a position he was  appointed to in February. Tessler is president of Developing Market Operations, he was appointed to on July 1. Warren is president of the United States Solutions Group, leading the company’s direct sales force that markets and sells Xerox systems and services across the country, he was appointed on July 1.

Ford announced that Stephen Odell would leave his position as the chief executive of Volvo to take on that role at Ford Europe. Odell will replace John Fleming, who will go on to lead Ford’s global manufacturing and labor affairs operations.

The SEC announced that Paula Dubberly has been named to a new deputy director position in the division of corporation finance. Dubberly also will continue to lead the Division’s rulemaking efforts through her oversight of the division’s rulemaking office.

Former H&R Block CEO Thomas Bloch says he is leaving the tax preparer’s board of directors.
