Continental CEO Vows to Forgo Salary, Bonus

Continental Airlines CEO Jeff Smisek told workers that he will forgo his $730,000 annual salary and any bonus until the Houston-based carrier earns a profit for a full calendar year, according to The Chicago Tribune.
