Corporate tax hikes likely delayed

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama remains committed to ending “unfair loopholes” and tax breaks for international corporations, but congressional tax writers and others doubt that will happen without broader reforms, such as cutting the top corporate tax rate.
