CTPartners launches IPO

Global retained executive search firm CTPartners Executive Search went public today on the New York Stock Exchange, with an IPO of 2,307,692 at an original price of $13.00 under the stock symbol “CTP.”

Global retained executive search firm CTPartners Executive Search went public today on the New York Stock Exchange, with an IPO of 2,307,692 at an original price of $13.00 under the stock symbol “CTP.” The IPO was underwritten by William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and C.L. King & Associates. The firm, founded in 1980, focuses on c-suite, senior-level and board searches around the world.

The firm’s board is comprised of five members:

  • Brian Sullivan – CTPartners CEO
  • Thomas Testwuide – Chairman and CEO of Skana Aluminum Company
  • Scott Birnbaum – President of Ameriquest Capital Group, who will also chair the company’s Audit, Compensation and Corporate Governance Nominating Committee.
  • Michael Feiner – Professor of Management at Columbia University
  • Betsy Morgan – Senior Media Executive of Vertical Acuity
