


June 18, 2008 Board Appointments at Perry Ellis, Sapient, and More____________________ Perry Ellis named Barry S. Gluck to its board. His addition brings the total number of directors to nine, with seven being independent directors. Gluck previously held numerous senior executive positions at Federated, Dayton-Hudson, Macy’s, and Ross Stores. He worked at Ross Stores from 1989 until his retirement in January 2007. ____________________
Fannie Mae CIO Rahul Merchant has been appointed to Netuitive Inc.’s board of directors. Merchant previously worked with Merrill Lynch, Dresdner, Kleinwort and Benson, Sanwa Financial Products, and Lehman Brothers. ____________________
Sapient appointed Ashok Shah and Vijay Signal to the company’s board. Shah is the managing partner of CEPS Consulting. He previously served as vice president of the global professional business division at Alcatel-Lucent. Singal is the chair of the department of finance at Virginia Polytechnic Institute’s Pamplin College of Business. ____________________
Fifth Third Bancorp named Kevin T. Kabat chairman of the board. Kabat is also the president and CEO. Kabat replaced George A. Schaefer, Jr. who retired from the board yesterday. ____________________
Michael D. Kandris was appointed to Pacific Ethanol’s board of directors. Kandris is also president of Western Division of Ruan Transportation Management Systems.
