New Directors at Sprint, ClickFox, and more

Sprint appointed William Nuti to its board. Nuti is the chairman, CEO, and president of NCR, a global tech company in Dayton, Ohio. Since Nuti took over at NCR in 2005, its stock has appreciated more than 50 percent. He previously served as president and CEO of Symbol Technologies.

David P. Johnson has been appointed to the board of ClickFox. Johnson was recently named president and CEO of Jenne Distributors.

GAIN Capital Holdings appointed Joseph A. Schenk to its board. Schenk becomes the ninth member of GAIN’s board of directors. Previously, Schenk served as CFO and executive vice president at Jefferies Group.

Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2) elected Vic Kulkarni to its board. Kulkarni has been the president and CEO of Sequence Design since May 2002.
