


June 27, 2008 Alcoa Chief Named to IBM Board____________________ IBM elected Alcoa Chairman and CEO Alain Belda to its board of directors. Belda has worked with Alcoa for nearly 40 years. He was elected vice president in 1982, executive vice president in 1994, vice chairman in 1995, president and COO in 1997, and chairman . Belda is also a director at Citigroup. ____________________
Media General appointed former directors Walter E. Williams and Rodney A. Smolla to its board. Williams, 72, joined Media Group’s board of directors in 2001 and has served as chairman of the audit committee since 2003. Smolla, dean and professor of law at the Washington and Lee University School of Law since 2007, joined the board in 2006. ____________________
Copper Canyon Resources appointed Neil MacDonald to its board. MacDonald is currently president and CEO of NovaDx Ventures, a Vancouver-based investment firm providing capital, investment banking, and business advisory services to natural resource exploration companies. ____________________
Balbir Rai Sharma has been appointed to Grenville Gold’s board of directors.
