Cobb has also been appointed to serve as a member of the audit and compensation committees. Cobb previously served as president of eBay North America. Since 2000, Cobb has held the positions of senior vice president and general manager of eBay International and senior vice president of global marketing. ____________________ International Paper elected Stacey J. Mobley to its board. Mobley is the retired senior vice president, general counsel, and chief administrative officer of DuPont, a global science company. ____________________
Ambac Financial Group has appointed Paul DeRosa, a principal of Mt Lucas Management Corporation, to its board. DeRosa’s appointment brings Ambac’s board membership to seven members. DeRosa started as a research economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and joined Mt Lucas in 1998. ____________________
