BitGravity, provider of next-generation content delivery networks (CDNs) for interactive broadcasting, appointed Blake Krikorian to its board. Krikorian is co-founder and CEO for Sling Media, a leading digital lifestyle company. He was named technology pioneer by the World Economic Forum and currently sits on the board of Consumer Electronics Association (CEA). He received the technology leadership award by Broadcasting & Cable and was named one of the 35 most influential people in mobile technology by Laptop magazine.

Manulife Financial Corporation and The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company named Robert J. Harding to its board. Harding has more than 25 years of experience with Brookfield Asset Management. Harding also serves as chairman of Norbord and sits on the board of Fraser Papers.

ITT elected General Paul J. Kern to its board. Kern serves as president and COO of AM General and as senior counselor at The Cohen Group. Kern brings 40 years of military experience, having most recently served as commanding general of the Army Marteriel Command.
