New Board Appointments at Lowe's, others

Lowe’s Companies named S. Thomas Moser to its board. Moser previously served as vice chairman of KPMG from 1998 until his retirement in 2008. He joined KPMG in 1970, became an audit partner. He served as a member of the firm’s board of directors and management committee.

CoBiz Financial named Douglas Polson and Mary Rhinehart to its board. Polson is a former chairman of Pacific Energy Group and Rhinehart is senior vice president and CFO of Johns Manville.

Lithia Motors named William L. Glick to its board or directors. Glick has 34 years experience working at Ford Motor Company. While there, he held a variety of management positions in sales and marketing.

Richard Lucchesi and Ted Wordlaw have been named to Winsted Holdings’ board. Lucchesi is president and principle of Briric Investment, a diverse real estate and development company engaged in projects primarily in the Midwest United States. Wordlaw is an active realtor and developer in Chicago and principle of TJ Worldaw Realty based in Maywood, Illinois.

Bio-Reaction Industries named General Motors executive David Skiven to its board. Skiven oversaw many of the energy and environmentally responsible innovations for GM over the span of 15 years, in which he served as executive director of the worldwide facilities group.
