Online travel organizer Triplt named John Lilly and Will Aldrich to its board. Lilly, CEO of Mozilla, is a leader in the open source community and supports the collaborative development of Mozilla’s Firefox web browser. Aldrich previously served as a senior product editor at Yahoo.

Former JPMorgan Chase executive vice president, Harry DiSimone, has joined iovation’s board. DiSimone brings extensive senior executive management experience in financial services, operations and systems management, post-merger business integrations, business development, and mergers and acquisitions to iovation’s board. He served 30 years in various senior level positions at JPMorgan Chase.

EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering named Pierre-Paul Allard to its board. Allard has more than 20 years of experience in the global telecommunications and IT industries, and is currently area vice president of sales for Cisco Systems.

Carlisle Companies elected Terry D. Growcock, chairman of the board of The Manitowoc Company, to its board. The Manitowoc Company is a leading, multi-industry, capital goods manufacturer headquartered in Manitowoc, WI with annual net sales in excess of $4 billion.

SouthWest Water, a water utility serving the Southwest, named Geoffrey C. Ketcham to its board. Ketcham spent 25 years at energy company Energen, based in Birmingham, Alabama. He retired in 2006 as CFO.

Clearfield named Charles N. Hayssen to its board. Hayssen has more than 35 years of finance experience serving in multiple executive positions. He previously served as COO of AllOver Media, and CFO of ThinkEquity Partners, an equity capital markets firm.

Northrop Grumman elected Karl J. Krapek to its board. Krapek previously served as president and COO of United Technologies. Krapek retired as president and COO of UTC in 2002.

ThermoEnergy named David Gelbaum and Shawn Hughes to its board. Gelbaum is a noted environmental investor and trustee of Quercus Trust Fund. Hughes is president and COO of Castion, Thermo Energy’s water division.

Lawrence M. Higby has been appointed to eHealth’s board of directors. Higby served as president and CEO of Apria Healthcare Group, a national provider of home healthcare products and services.

Fairchild Semiconductor appointed Tony Lear to its board. Lear has more than 39 years of experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries in senior management as well as executive and non-executive board roles. Lear previously oversaw all of NXP’s business operations in China.
