Allard has more than 20 years of experience in the global telecommunications and IT industries, and is currently area vice president of sales for Cisco Systems. ___________________________________ Carlisle Companies elected Terry D. Growcock, chairman of the board of The Manitowoc Company, to its board. The Manitowoc Company is a leading, multi-industry, capital goods manufacturer headquartered in Manitowoc, WI with annual net sales in excess of $4 billion. ___________________________________ SouthWest Water, a water utility serving the Southwest, named Geoffrey C. Ketcham to its board. Ketcham spent 25 years at energy company Energen, based in Birmingham, Alabama. He retired in 2006 as CFO. ___________________________________ Clearfield named Charles N. Hayssen to its board. Hayssen has more than 35 years of finance experience serving in multiple executive positions.
