New Board Members Named at Korn/Ferry, Limelight Networks, Craftmade, More...

Korn/Ferry International this week announced it has appointed Debra J. Perry to its board.

 

Perry, who previously worked for Moody's Corporation from 1992 to 2004, was a senior managing director in the global ratings and research unit of Moody’s Investor’s Service, where she oversaw the Americas Corporate Finance, Leverage Finance, and Public Finance departments. She is currently a board member at Conseco Inc. and MBIA Inc., and is a frequent speaker on topics related to enterprise risk management and audit committee oversight.

Limelight Networks named Doug Lindroth to its board.

 

Lindroth, general partner of Bayview Investment Company, brings with him more than 20 years experience in financial management and business process implementation. He currently serves on the boards of BakBone Software Incorporated and Visual Sciences.

James R. Ridings this week announced his retirement as CEO of Craftmade International, which he founded in 1985.

 

The company has asked him to stay on as chairman of the board, and a search is being conducted to identify and evaluate candidates to succeed Ridings, who has served as both chairman and CEO since 1986.

Industrial Enterprises of America, an automotive aftermarket packager and supplier, named James Margulies as interim CEO and CFO of the company, replacing John D. Mazzuto who resigned from both roles.

 

Margulies, who is currently a principal of the Cleveland-based law firm Margulies and Levinson, has also agreed to serve on Industrial Enterprises’ board.

Center Bancorp, parent company of Union Center National Bank, appointed Raymond Vanaria, a member of the company’s nominating, discount and executive committees, as chairman of the board’s audit committee.

 

Vanaria’s appointment comes after the resignation of board member Eugene V. Malanowski, who most recently served as audit committee chairman.

Curtiss-Wright Corp. named Admiral (Retired) John B. Nathman to its board.

 

During his 37-year career with the U.S. Navy, Nathman held a variety of positions in naval air and sea-based operations, finishing his service as commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command.
