Directorship’s 100 most influential people in U.S. Corporate Governance recognized by New York Times

NEW YORK (August 30, 2007) – Move over People’s “Most Beautiful” and Forbes “400 Richest People” – the world of magazine lists has grown by one. Corporate governance, a topic that was once overlooked, has acquired new importance with news surrounding oversized CEO paychecks and incarcerated CEOs flooding business headline.

The New York Times cites the Directorship first annual list of the 100 most influential people in American corporate governance, featured in its September 2007 issue. Highlighted are those that grabbed the top spots on the list, and what they have done to clinch such spots. Like all of the magazine lists the Directorship 100 most influential people in American corporate governance did not lack surprises in its rankings.
