The State of the Markets

In a conversation with Jeff Cunningham, chairman and editorial director of NACD Directorship, Duncan Niederauer, CEO of NYSE Euronext and a member of its board and management committee, will address how legislation and regulation are taking shape globally to avoid a repeat of the financial crisis. He will also speak to:

Inside the SEC
