The National Association of Corporate Directors, which is accepting nominations for the second annual New England Chapter Director of the Year, has announced that the deadline for selections is January 31.
The organization is encouraging those who nominate a director or directors from the New England area to look at leaders who exemplify the spirit of good corporate governance. The Director of the Year awards will be held on May 8. For more information, click here.
