“The National Association of Corporate Directors’ Philadelphia Chapter has added to its board of directors,” MarketWatch confirms. “Chapter Chairman Judith M. von Seldeneck has announced the addition of four new members: Pamela Godwin, Archbold D. van Beuren, Ted Peters and Stephen T. Zarrilli.” Godwin currently serves as president of Change Partners Inc., while van Beuren is a 26-year veteran of the Campbell Soup Company. Peters is Chairman and CEO of Bryn Mawr Trust Company and Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation, while Zarrilli is CFO of Safeguard Scientifics Inc. All four serve on the boards of directors of such major companies as the Brandywine Trust Group, Nutrisystem Inc., and the Unum Group.
