Estee Lauder, EventBrite GelTech Solutions, Sonic and CIT Group named new directors to their boards.
Managing director at private equity firm CCMP Capital Advisors Richard F. Zannino was appointed to Estee Lauder’s board. Zannino will serve as a member of the audit committee.
Former Ticketmaster CEO Sean Moriarty joined EventBrite’s board. Moriarty worked with Ticketmaster for 12 years, holding a variety of positions. Since leaving Ticketmaster in March 2009, Moriarty has been serving as an advisor to several early stage companies.
Jerome Eisenberg was appointed to GelTech Solutions’ board. Eisenberg is currently chairman of ORBCOMM, a global satelite-based data communications company.
Sonic Corp. elected Kathryn L. Taylor to its board. Taylor serves as the governor’s chief of education strategy and innovation for the State of Oklahoma.
CIT Group named three new directors to its board. Gerald Rosenfeld, Anthony P. Terracciano and Laura S. Unger, joined the board after the retirement of Christopher H. Shays and Lois M. Van Deusen.
