According to Bloomberg, “Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC is seeking a new chairman to replace Simon Robertson, who may step down next year.” The luxury automaker, which is reportedly in the early stages of the executive search process, may seek to employ Invensys PLC Chairman Nigel Rudd or any number of U.S.-based candidates as it looks to increase international diversity on its board.
