MarketWatch is reporting that the SEC “has decided to end its investigation of potential fraud at bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings without any enforcement actions against the firm or its former executives.” The agency had been examining whether the bank misrepresented its financial health during the period leading up to its Chapter 11 filing in the fall of 2008.
