Watson Joins Tapestry Networks

Mark Watson has joined Tapestry Networks as a partner specializing in corporate governance, Global Proxy Watch reports today.

Tapestry is a six-year-old company with offices in Waltham, Mass., and London that convenes leaders in governance and other fields to address issues that can’t be solved unilaterally.

Watson has a long governance pedigree, with stints at Moody’s, McKinsey, the Institute of Directors and National Association of Pension Funds.
