Domino’s Pizza added two new directors, Gregory A. Trojan and Jim Goldman, to its board. Trojan served as CEO of California Pizza Kitchen for two years. Goldman has served as president and CEO of Godiva Chocolatier.
Orbitz Worldwide appointed two new directors, Martin Brand and Brad Gerstner. Brand is a managing director for The Blackstone Group. Gerstner is CEO of Altimeter Capital Management.
Sunergy appointed Karl A. Baum as president and director. Baum will replace Joseph Guerrero, who recently resigned.
Joan K. Chow was named to the board of directors at RC2. Chow is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer of ConAgra Foods.
DHT elected Einar Michael Steimler to its board of directors. Steimler is expected to serve on the audit, compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees.
