RadiSys appoints Niel Ransom to its board of directors

RadiSys appointed Niel Ransom of Ransomshire Associates to its board. Kevin Gould, an aerospace verteran, has been named to the board at Trans-Pacific Aerospace. Both ICOP Digital and Real Matters added new members to their boards.

RadiSys, a provider of hardware and software platforms for next generation IP-based wireless, wireline and video networks, announced  that Niel Ransom has been appointed to its board. Ransom is a principal of Ransomshire Associates, an advisory firm he founded in 2005.

Trans-Pacific Aerospace announced today that it has appointed Kevin Gould, an aerospace veteran from Boeing, Adam Aircraft Industries and Piper Aircraft, to serve on its board of directors. Gould has served as president and CEO of airplane manufacturer Piper Aircraft since early 2009.

ICOP Digital, an industry-leading company engaged in advancing digital surveillance technology solutions, announced the appointment of Larry G. Stambaugh to the company’s board. Currently, Stambaugh is chairman of the board, president and CEO of Cryoport. He is also a principal at Apercu Consulting, where he serves as an advisor to private and public boards and management.

Real Matters, a provider of property information services, announced the appointment of Rob Burgess to the company’s board. Burgess is the former chairman and CEO of Macromedia and a board member of Adobe Systems. Real Matters recently changed its name from Solidifi to facilitate expansion into cloud-based property information services.
